Quite often companies and organisations underestimate their achievements to date. The recognition of contributions made by personnel, at team and individual level, can be an effective means of motivation and inspiration. It also presents a positive image to investors and clients.

Southern Italy offers many team building opportunities to help develop leadership skills, problem solving and multi tasking experiences for individuals and groups. For centuries the Amalfi Coast has inspired creative and strategic thinkers, such as Goethe, Byron, Liszt, Mendelssohn, Wagner, Caravaggio, Dickens, Churchill, Picasso, Warhol, Walton, Garbo and Vidal.
Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri and Ischia are some of the well known locations to be found along the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi coast. Each with its own identity in terms of landscape and history that offers an ideal environment for relaxation and creativity away from everyday business surroundings.
We can organise a number of customised outdoor activities to offer a range of team challenges. The activities and number of days can of course be customised to suit the company’s objectives and chosen location.
Team activities could include crewing a yacht along the Amalfi coast or an orientation trek along the Paths of the Gods in the Amalfi hills. Finding local produce and preparing a traditional meal for twelve with an appraisal by a master chef or producing a 60 second video to promote a local landmark via the internet.
All designed to encourage team participation with realistic and achievable objectives for all.
